In the realm of personal growth and self-improvement, the concept of manifestation has gained significant attention. Manifestation is the process of bringing your desires and intentions into reality through focused thoughts, beliefs, and actions. While the idea might seem mystical or esoteric, there’s a growing body of anecdotal evidence and scientific research suggesting that the power of manifestation can extend to various aspects of life, including financial abundance. In this article, we’ll delve into the art of manifestation for money and explore practical steps to harness this transformative practice.
7. Know what is possible
Your mind is very powerful, and Amanda reinforces, ‘It’s hard to manifest or attract into your life something you don’t think you can have. This is true of everything, including finances.’ And she adds: ‘For manifestation to work for you, you have to be open and available, knowing that the outcome you want is possible for you . So drop your defenses, be curious, and allow yourself to be willing to see that you can manifest money . What have you got to lose?’
6. Clarify what you want
Amanda acknowledges that it’s almost impossible to manifest something when we don’t know what it is we want: ‘It’s time to get clear: What do you want? You really, really want to. Think about this: if everything is possible for you, no one will be mad at you for having it, and nothing can go wrong if you do… What would you allow yourself to wish for? How much money to spend? What kind of salary, raise, promotion or bonus?’ Amanda adds, ‘Don’t worry about how it will happen, for now, just admit what you want. If you see that some of these desires scare you, good. Now you know you’re getting to the good stuff.’
5. Let go of shame
People feel conflicted or guilty about their now unearthed desires. They feel selfish, bad, or wrong for wanting what they want. But Amanda preaches, ‘If you really look at it, your reasons for wanting what you want aren’t selfish at all. Maybe you want to increase your income to send your kids to a better school, buy all your organic food, wear clothes you feel good in, worry less about bills, or just enjoy your life more. These things are not bad. You are allowed to feel good and enjoy your life.’
4. Examine the thoughts and ideas coming your way
If you think the rich are bad, you won’t allow yourself to be rich. Some thoughts need to be examined, Amanda explains: ‘Are some rich people bad? Yes. Are all rich people bad? No. Are there rich people who are tremendously generous? Yes. Are there people with money who use their money to make the world a better place? Yes. Could you choose to be someone with money who does good things with their money? Absolutely’.
The financial expert adds: ‘You probably have a lot of thoughts and ideas about money that prevent you from allowing more of it into your life. These ideas may come from your religion, family, community, culture, etc. Some of these ideas are blocking you from manifesting the money you want.’
3. Take inspired action
Calling this the ‘fun part’, Amanda explains: ‘Today I was talking to a woman who is enrolled in one of my digital courses. She recently she has manifested over $10,000. How did she come into her life? Well, while working on one of her modules, she felt a little nudge or ping to go back to check her taxes. Going through things, she found a mistake that she had made. Apparently this is called inspired action, and it can take any number of forms.
It could be an idea you have for a business or business model. It could be an opportunity that you feel you should take advantage of. A person you feel you have to call. I could go on and on,’ says Amanda. ‘Often, it is the step or movement that allows the money you desire to flow into your physical reality.’
2. Get on with it
Speaking from experience, the author says, ‘After I decide what I want, know that it’s possible for me, and remove the thoughts and ideas that get in the way…sometimes there’s a delay. For me, it has been essential to stick with it and continue to believe. I move through my life as if the money I want is coming to me. This is what metaphysics teachers usually call: energetically matching something.
It means that the thoughts I think, the words I say, the emotions I feel, and the actions I take are all aligned with getting what I want , no matter what it looks like.’
1. Repeat Consistently
Consistency is key. Repeat your affirmations daily, preferably multiple times a day, to reinforce the positive beliefs in your subconscious mind.
